I know a lot of you may not be as excited as I am (or even know what I am talking about)… but I was thrilled when my Dad came home with Coco Lite crisps/waffles.
When I was in Cleveland a few months ago I had walked into a Whole Foods and found a very fun machine…it produced rice waffles (I am not sure what the correct name is for these things). They are called: Coco Lite. Every few seconds one would pop out, original or multigrain. They were fun to eat, and you can put anything on them… they barely have any calories or carbs to them. I think it’s a fun healthy snack!

My dad found them at the Whole Foods in Fresh Pond… THEY HAVE FINALLY ARRIVED!!!
